Step 1: Receive the information and request from Companies:

• Time of transport, number of employees, itinerary, routes, and pick-up points as estimated.
• Make the Quotation and consultancy service.

Step 2: Sign the Contract of Car Hire:

• Survey the actual itinerary, routes and suitable pick-up points
• Run in trial on routes for appropriate adjustments

Step 3: Implement the contract

• Operate in routes and supervise
• Two parties shall report and make the payment upon the committed time

Note: - This Quotation shall be changed upon Customers’ request on the working time and the rated kilometers. Due to Customers’ various itinerary, time and hire demands, in order to obtain the best hire price, please contact Hai Anh TOURTRANSERCO’s Sale Department for accurate consultancy and quotation:

* The hire price includes:

• Car, driver and salary for driver
• Expense of operation: petroleum, maintenance etc...
• Civil Responsibility Insurance for passengers on car (150,000,000VND/100,000,000VND – higher than the one as prescribed by Ministry of Finance)

 

* The hire price excludes:

• VAT of 10%
• Charge of parking on daytime; tolls when travelling to other provinces and to airports.
• Other arisen incidents: overtime, overnight, arisen kilometers, working on Sundays, public holidays and Tet holidays.

 * Requirements upon signing the Contract of Car Hire:

• The Contract of Car Hire should be signed with the term of 1 year and over in minimum.
• Payment: the payment of hire price shall be made after ending the 1-month use.
• Ensure the car’s good operation quality, stable and safe.
• Drivers are well trained, always considerate and proficiently driving in all roads.
• Cars for hire are always cleaned with comforts and safety
