On September 26-27, 2025, the Hai Phong City Party Congress took place amidst complex weather conditions, directly affected by Typhoon No. 9. In light of this situation, Hai Anh Transport Company proactively implemented various measures to ensure the safety and smooth transportation of delegates.

From the beginning of September, the leadership team and technical staff conducted inspections and maintenance of all vehicles, especially the braking system, tires, windshield wipers, and lighting, to ensure the vehicles operate well in heavy rain and slippery conditions. Spare vehicles were also stationed at key locations to provide timely support when needed.
The company has trained drivers on safe driving skills in stormy weather, maintaining stable speed, increasing safe distances, and strictly adhering to traffic management instructions. Each driver has been instilled with the highest sense of responsibility, considering this a crucial political task, both an honor and an opportunity to affirm Hai Anh's professionalism.
Simultaneously, a 24/7 traffic control team has been established to monitor weather conditions, coordinate schedules flexibly, and work closely with relevant authorities. Routes at risk of flooding have been surveyed in advance to proactively adjust itineraries, ensuring safety and punctuality.
