Alongside improvements in service quality and the application of advanced technology, we continuously optimized tools to help customers find our business, as well as a system for receiving and responding to customer inquiries quickly. Hai Anh Transport is eager to receive customer feedback and suggestions so that our services can become even better.

UPGRADE THE QUALITY OF THE NEW 2023 MODEL VEHICLE

To provide customers with better service experiences, Hai Anh is constantly improving the quality of its fleet with a diverse range of vehicles, from 7-seater, 16-seater, and 29-seater buses to the 2023 model 45-seater Universe bus, offering many models to meet the travel needs of individuals, families, and businesses during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and summer vacations.

FURTHER IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EMPLOYEE WORK
In addition to our efforts to improve services, Hai Anh Transportation always listens to the wishes and suggestions of our employees to continuously enhance our knowledge, working environment, and sense of responsibility towards customers. We believe that our team of employees is the face of our brand and our pride.

Every 3-6 months, Hai Anh will organize advanced training courses to enhance the knowledge of traffic safety and improve work skills, customer handling, and communication for its drivers.
