Hai Anh's student transportation service

To ensure that the student transportation service is organized safely and in accordance with regulations, while also fostering discipline, good manners, and independence in students.

HAI ANH TRANSPORTATION would like to send the following information to students and parents whose children travel by bus on our route, so that they can understand and cooperate effectively with bus staff and the school to comply with regulations.

I – FOR STUDENTS

1. Pickup time – Morning: Students must be present at the pickup point 5 minutes before the announced time; if students are not present by the scheduled time, the bus will wait for a maximum of 2 minutes, after which it will depart, and parents/guardians will take their children to the next stop or to the school.

2. Drop-off time – afternoon: Families should be at the pick-up point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If the family is not present by the scheduled time, the bus will wait for a maximum of 3 minutes, then depart. Families can go to the next pick-up point or the bus will drop off the child at the school.

3. Safety and etiquette on the bus:

– Greet the driver and staff politely when they get on and off the bus;

– CBX receives students from the car door.

– Board and alight at designated stops; avoid pushing or shoving, sit in your assigned seat, and fasten your seatbelt as instructed by the bus attendant;

– Always take care of and protect the property and equipment on the vehicle; do not cause disturbances, play around, or climb on the vehicle; do not eat, drink, or litter on the vehicle;

– Actively participate in training sessions on route driving skills and remember your DUTIES;

II – FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS

1. Parents/guardians drop off and pick up their children on time and at designated locations, and always cooperate and share information with the school administration.

2. Parents/guardians can drop off and pick up their children from the school bus right at the bus door (without getting into the car).

3. CMHS will call the caregiver on the bus to inform them of the child's sudden absence from school or return to the bus service;

4. Register at the Reception/Vehicle Officer your family's contact phone number (if there are any changes);

5. Confirm with the homeroom teacher daily the time your child will be home;

6. For vehicle cancellation or new registration: CMHS must report to the Reception before the 1st or 15th of each month.

III – FOR STUDENT SUPERVISOR ON THE BUS

1. Form of address: Teacher (or Professor) to students;

2. Strictly adhere to the scheduled time;

3. Possessing a prompt, careful, thoughtful, and considerate demeanor;

4. Possess a high sense of responsibility, maintain a polite and courteous attitude, and refrain from scolding students.

5. Be sure to know the number of students being picked up and dropped off in the afternoon, their names, classes, contact phone numbers, and pick-up and drop-off points along your assigned route;

6. Ensure full daily attendance checks at pick-up and drop-off points, when boarding and alighting from the bus, receiving handover from parents/guardians upon pick-up, and handing over complete handover to parents/guardians upon drop-off;

7. Confirm information with CMHS when a student is absent.

8. Maintain order and discipline while students are on the bus;

9. Report the number of students in your assigned bus to the school administrator daily: Before 8:00 AM in the morning and before 7:00 PM in the afternoon.

10. Coordinate with the driver, head supervisor, vehicle management staff, and homeroom teachers to maintain discipline among students traveling on the bus;

11. Call the vehicle manager immediately when any issues arise;

12. Use a fixed telephone number so that parents and the school can contact you; always keep the phone switched on for calls.

IV- FOR DRIVERS

1. Form of address: Uncle/Aunt addressing the students (children/grandchildren);

2. Communicate appropriately with parents, students, transportation staff, and school teachers; absolutely refrain from any words or actions that could negatively impact students' psychology or the reputation of the entire school transportation system and the school.

3. Experienced drivers with a proactive, courteous, polite, dedicated, and responsible demeanor; a friendly attitude; and who do not yell at students;

4. Ensure safe driving during the transportation of students, adhering to the school's designated routes and schedules;

5. Obey traffic laws, drive safely and carefully, avoid sudden braking, speeding, and reckless driving that could endanger the lives and well-being of students;

6. Do not drink alcohol before driving and do not smoke in the car;

7. Coordinate with the school and bus staff to maintain order among students traveling on the bus, and communicate with the management staff regarding any arising issues;

8. Check the vehicle to ensure there are no students on board before returning to the assembly point;

9. Be responsible for the technical aspects of transportation vehicles, including regular maintenance and repair to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.

V. FOR HAI ANH TRANSPORTATION

* Requirements for Hai Anh's management:

During the operation process, the dedicated operations department is responsible for receiving feedback and handling issues related to student transportation.

• 24/7 live monitoring of all vehicles and drivers.

• Determine the location and status of the vehicle (using GPS and operational management technology).

• Inspect and monitor the vehicle's journey and the driver's condition.

* Requirements for Hai Anh vehicle management:

Plan vehicle maintenance and repairs according to regulations, and before each trip, inspect and assess the vehicle to ensure stable operation and minimize potential breakdowns.

* Requirements for the vehicle:

• Fully equipped with safety equipment: safety harness, door-breaking hammer, fire extinguisher, etc.

• Equip your first-aid kit with medications and first-aid supplies.

• The vehicles are disinfected and thoroughly cleaned before and after each trip.

• The vehicle undergoes routine maintenance checks as per vehicle management regulations.
