HAI ANH'S EFFORTS

Hai Anh's leadership team faces the greatest pressure due to their responsibility for the work, ensuring the economic well-being of hundreds of employees and drivers, not only in terms of vehicle and personnel safety but also the health of tens of thousands of workers. This involves constantly updating daily and hourly official documents, strictly adhering to city decisions, and holding daily remote meetings with factory managers to ensure production plans are maintained, with the most important factor being the health of the workers.

Operations Department : With the factory's plans completely changing – production schedules, working hours, doubling the number of vehicles, routes changing entirely, and regulations regarding vehicles entering and exiting the city… All operations staff must be on duty 24/7, always ready and working with over 200% effort to ensure every trip is safe and on schedule. They must also have immediate, optimal alternative plans in place in case of incidents.

Vehicle Management : Despite significant changes in the number of vehicles and a doubling of daily workload, maintenance and repair requirements are still met to ensure all vehicles operate safely. All vehicles are equipped with safety and medical equipment as required, and are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before and after each trip.

Inspection Department : During the pandemic, Hai Anh's Inspection Department was strengthened and operated at its highest level because it was responsible for controlling vehicle safety and ensuring compliance with regulations on disease prevention, checking for alcohol and drug levels, conducting COVID-19 tests for all drivers, as well as ensuring vehicle disinfection and maintaining the highest level of safety for entry and exit from the factory, not only for the company's drivers but also for tens of thousands of workers.

Drivers : Despite the changing work schedule and frequent overtime, all drivers always strive and are ready to support each other to complete their work to the best of their ability. They are also conscious of complying with health regulations and protecting their own safety and health, the safety of customers and colleagues, which is their responsibility to themselves, their families, the company, and society.

FACTORY'S EFFORTS

Factory management : The impact of the pandemic has significantly altered all aspects of the factory's production, including human resources, raw material shortages, working hours, and production. However, the factory management has always strictly adhered to all government decisions, proactively collaborated with partners, and proposed solutions to minimize the impact on production as well as support policies for workers. The top priority has always been the rapid vaccination of workers and rigorous medical checks to ensure occupational health and safety.

Factory workers : All employees are aware of the importance of their work and are striving to do their best to support the company during this time. They are not hesitant to adjust their working hours according to the factory's schedule. Everyone strictly adheres to health regulations, vaccination guidelines, and is always mindful of protecting their own health and fulfilling their responsibilities to the company and the community.

Despite the positive signs regarding the pandemic and vaccination, we may still have to fight the pandemic, and it will take some time before things return to normal.
